Connection Settings

Connection settings generally refer to the configurations and parameters used to establish and manage connections between the Acumatica ERP system and other integrated applications, services, or databases. These settings ensure proper communication and data exchange.

Enter a Check Process Time

This value indicates the frequency with which a schedule that the framework has already started will resume execution every few seconds. This parameter, which controls whether the process should be slowed down and managed, adds time to the default schedule. When the framework launches the scheduler, it first finishes the task allocated to it according to the predetermined timetables. Then, to calculate how long the process should continue to run, it compares the amount of time that has already elapsed with the designated check process time. If the amount of time that has already elapsed is less than the Check Process time, the scheduler thread continues to operate until it reaches the time indicated in the Check Process time.

Enter a Process Sleep Time. 

 

The number represents the interval in seconds between check procedures, the system checks for any new records that need to be processed before going to sleep for the predetermined duration of time. The Check Process Time setting above affects this setting.
