You can get the products either by submitting a request in Contact us | Fusion (fusionrms.com) or send an email to support@kensium.com. In either case our team will respond to you at the earliest.

How to get a license for the products icon

You can get the products by sending an email support@kensium.com. Our team will generate licenses and share the key.

Can I get a trial license to review your product? icon

You can get a 7-day trail license to review the product.

Can I use multiple products at a time in an instance? icon

Yes, you can use as many fusion products as possible in one instance. Provided you need to purchase license for individual products

How to find the license expiration date icon

On the Acumatica instance navigate to “Kensium License” screen. There you can see each product expiration date

How to get a new license key for renewal icon

You can send an email to support@kensium.com , team will co-ordinate internal and provide you a renewal license at the earliest.

Can I apply for a license by myself? icon

Yes, you can apply for a license by yourself once you have a license key.
As shown in the screen short navigate to “Kensium License” screen and click on “Activate license” and provide the license key by selecting the appropriate product and click on “Apply” button.

Can I use the same license key on multiple tenants? icon

No, each license key is restricted to one tenant of each instance. You can purchase an individual license for each tenant and use it.

Do I need to purchase a new license key for each tenant / Instance? icon

Yes, each license key is restricted to one tenant of each instance. You can purchase an individual license for each tenant/ instance and use it.

Do I need to purchase a license for each product separately? icon

Yes you can make a request for multiple product simultaneously but Indvidual license key will be generated for each product

Do I need to purchase a license for each upgrade? icon

No, the existing license is valid across the version.

Do we have any notification remainder, when the license is about to expire? icon

Yes, the remainder notification alert will be triggered based on the configuration setup in the “Kensium License Setup” screen. We can provide even multiple email ID, with comma (,) separator.

Will Kensium reach us about the license renewal? icon

Yes, our billing team will proactively reach you for license renewal for the purchased products.

Is there any auto-renewal of the license? icon

No, however the system will alert the configuration email ID about license expiration and also our billing team will be in touch with you for renewal.

Will the product show up immediately in website icon

Once the product is enabled for sync, the product will show up on the Websites in a couple of minutes.

On which system do I need to manage the product data icon

We recommend to manage the product data on the ERP.

The order total is not the same after synced. icon

If the order total doesn’t match check the sub total , freight and tax on both Ecommerce and ERP.
