You can create different customer with the same email Id if the [Ignore Duplicate] radio button is enabled.

  1. You need to navigate to the customer screen.
  2. Create the customer ID.

  1. Since the radio button is enabled, there is not an error displayed in the second customer’s [Account Mail].
