Setting up Payflow as a Processing Center for Payment Methods

To assign payment methods, the initial step is to add the PayPal Payflow plugin as a processing centre, followed by assigning Payflow payment methods to customers.

These settings are essential for seamless Payflow processing and the integration of data with the Payflow merchant site. To configure and establish Payflow as the designated system for handling and processing diverse payment methods, follow these precise steps:

  1. Save the Payflow merchant site credentials in Acumatica ERP.
  2. Add PayPal Payflow as a processing center in Acumatica ERP.

  3. Click the + button to add a new processing centre.
  4. Enter the name of the processing centre in the Proc. Center ID field.
  5. Enter a description for the processing centre in the Name field.
  6. Click the Active checkbox.
  7. Select a Payment Plug-In (Type) field.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click the Test Credentials button.
  10. Upon successful authentication, a pop-up message confirming the authentication should be displayed.
