Steps to add Payflow payments via the payments and applications screen

  1. Go to the Receivables workspace.

  3. Click on Payments & Application.
  4. Click on the (+) button.

  6. Select a customer.

  8. Select Payflow payment method.

  10. Select a cash account.

    • Go to the Documents to Apply details tab.
    •

    • Add at least one item.
    • Enter the payment amount.
  12. Click Save.
  13. Click the Actions menu and perform one of the following actions.
