Cross Sells and Up Sells

Cross Sells and Up Sells were added to core Acumatica as of the 2021 R2 build.

For Acumatica versions 2021 R2 and above, this feature can be found via Stock Items > Related Items tab > Upsell and Cross Sell

The following Cross Sells and Up Sells page is only applicable if you are running an Acumatica build prior to 2021 R2.

[Legacy] Cross Sells and Up Sells

Merchants are now able to increase sales and order value by utilizing the new Cross Sells and Up Sells fields on the Stock Items and Non-Stock Items tabs. A cross-sell offers the customer a related product that compliments the initial item selected, while an Upsell promotes the sale of a finer quality product.

Enable this Feature

  1. Go to the Sales Orders workspace.

  2. Click Sales Orders Preferences.

    • Select the Enable Upsell checkbox.

    • Select the Enable Cross-Sell checkbox.

    • Click Save.

  3. Go to the Inventory workspace.

  4. Create a Stock Item.

  5. Click the Additional Features tab.

  6. Scroll down to the Cross-Sell data table.

    1. Add a stock item to the Cross-Sells table.

  7. Complete Upsells data table.

    1. Add a stock item to the Upsells table.

  8. Click Save.

 How to Apply

  1. Create a new Sales Order.

  2. Add a stock item that has a cross-sell or upsell item already assigned.

    1. The Cross-Sell & Upsell pop-up window will appear.

  3. Select the cross-sell and upsell items you want to add to the order.

  4. Click Add & Close.

    1. Add a stock item to the Upsells table.

  8. Click Save.

 How to Apply

  1. Create a new Sales Order.

  2. Add a stock item that has a cross-sell or upsell item already assigned.

    1. The Cross-Sell & Upsell pop-up window will appear.

  3. Select the cross-sell and upsell items you want to add to the order.

  4. Click Add & Close.
