Child Accounts Association

Commerce Pro provides the ability to view customer data on the Order Summary screen; inclusive or exclusive of child accounts associated with an account.

Note – This summary provides a quick reference display of child accounts

Enable this Feature

  1. Navigate to the Receivables workspace.

  2. Click Customers under the Preferences menu.

  3. Open or create a Customer record.

  4. Click the Billing Settings tab.

  5. View the Parent Info section.

  6. Select the parent company name from the Parent Account drop-down field.

  7. Select the Consolidate Balance checkbox, if applicable to the business need.

  8. Select the Consolidate Statements checkbox, if applicable to the business need.

  9. The parent Customer account will then display the customer’s Child Association Accounts.

  10. Click Save.

How to Apply

  1. Navigate to the Receivables workspace.

  2. Click Customers, under the Profiles menu.

  3. Select a customer.

  4. Click the Associated Child Accounts tab.

  5. View the child accounts listed.
