ChannelAdvisor Order Mapping

Orders will sync from ChannelAdvisor to Acumatica unidirectionally based on the pre-defined mapping of order fields. You can review the field pairings on this read-only screen.

Order Mapping

1. Navigate to the ChannelAdvisor workspace and click Mapping Settings.

2. Select Order Import from the Entity dropdown menu.

3. The sync between the Acumatica Order Fields and ChannelAdvisor Fields will be shown on the table.

This screen is a reference to help you understand the correlation between Acumatica and ChannelAdvisor language.

This is a static screen to show destinations of fields from Acumatica to ChannelAdvisor.
