Steps to sync Company Locations: Acumatica to B2B Admin App
In Acumatica, all customer locations and contact information will be stored, and the respective record can be edited or deleted.
1. Navigate to the left sidebar in Acumatica and choose Customers.
2. To edit the Company Locations, do the following:
Select the desired Customer from the list.
Navigate to the “Locations” submenu.
Choose the specific location that you wish to edit.
Click on “Actions” to access editing options for the primary or secondary contacts.

Note:
• If authorized users edit the customer location/contact address, the updated information will be synced between Acumatica and B2B with respect to Acumatica’s location id.
• The connector ensures bi-directional synchronization of Customer location/Company location and Contact addresses between Acumatica and B2BApp. This synchronization occurs during both creation and updating processes, based on the location ID.
• If a Customer Location/Company Location or contact address is deleted in either Acumatica or B2BApp, the B2B connection will initiate the deletion of the corresponding record in the alternate system, using the location ID as a reference.
